Dr Puzio is the nicest, kindest doctor. I went to him for years, but had to stop when my then new employer had eye insurance his office does not accept. I was so upset that I had to stop going to him. We recently changed eye insurances to an insurance they do accept. I was delighted to hear that and called to make an appointment, I was immediately put on hold by a not too friendly person and waited 20 minutes before I realized that it was now after hours and that no one would ever come back to me. I called a different doctor the next day and went to them instead. I do wish I could continue to go to Dr Puzio, but his assistants never were unusually friendly or professional, and still are obviously not.
