Too busy. Poor judgement. Created insurmountable problems.

To begin the front desk staff have been very rude in person and over the phone. They speak down to you and are very impatient. Once you get to his office expect to wait over an hour for your scheduled appointment. I'm told that he is seeing patients and some run over. This would be acceptable once or twice but literally every time should be an indication that something is wrong. He is a very nice guy and knows his stuff but the idea that you wait for over an hour for a scheduled dr appointment is not acceptable. My partner and I both have full time jobs and have to take time off to make theses appointments. Our time is not being valued, my patients are not being seen and my partners customers are not being serviced. Unfortunately this is the best dr in town and takes our insurance so we have no choice but sit and wait.

We were in good hands with Dr. Bradley. He was a great support and very attentive. Can't imagine seeing ant other oncologist.
