It was extremely difficult to get a follow up appointment when I got out of the hospital. I had to physically walk in to make it. Then they prescribed two medications. They never called it in. I am still working on getting those. It is SUPER difficult to get ahold of this office and talk to a person . I only talk with a machine.☹️

Don't remember how long I was in the waiting room but it felt long. I do remember how long I was waiting in the examination room because I was watching the clock on the wall. 2 hours. When he came in I said it's been 2 hours. He said I'm going to go out and come back in and start over. Apparently doctors are God and you can't remotely criticize. He also seems to have an anger issue. Not exactly super clean back offices.

The office never answers the phone. A couple as we were waiting said they drove from Porterville to speak to someone, they had been calling for 2 days. We don't get to see him instead we get his Nurse. The few times we have see seen Dr Minor 3 years ago he seemed to be knowledgeable, but after moving to new location, he has taken more than what he can handle. He has different staff all the time.

This is the best educated from the best. Schools in Fresno he is by far the most competent urologist and surgeon in this city yes he really busy because most people that have researched urologist want him to be the person operating on them he is patient and caring if you are reallly I’ll with. Urology problems either see him or go outside to Stanford or UCLA I had tried other urologist in Fresno untill he. Arrived they were not in his league the phone system needs an upgrade he needs a new office manager and he needs to computerize his records but he is by far the best urologist in this city just look at the lines trying to see him

Apparently Dr. Minor is well known for his tirades. My daughter is 9 months pregnant and has a nephrostomy tube. She woke up in immense pain and thought urine was leaking from her nephrostomy site (tube directly in her back). She phoned dr minor WHO WAS ON CALL at 1030 pm. Not only did he NOT help her, he shamed her for calling him. He actually said he was a single father and she woke him up. He is completely unprofessional and inconsistent in his behavior. DO NOT RECOMMEND. WE switched to Dr Julian who is compassionate and consistent in his care.

As far as the back side of the office such as halls and rooms they seem to be a little dirty. As for the staff at the intake, seems uncaring. As for the doctor himself I would not feel safe in surgery if he was the one holding the knife.

I didn't know what to expect from having surgery They didn't tell me much. Didn't know I needed a driver, they never told me I needed someone to drive me back home because I was going to be in surgery. This was all new to me. When I came in without a driver he told me ; well, it looks like you F&^%'ed up. WOW! What kind of doctor says something like that?
