the line to office is constantly busy. i tried for over 2 hours to get through. her staff can be rude/indifferent and do not return phone calls in a timely manner. one cannot leave a message on answering machine. i like dr lucente and feel she is an excellent doctor. i am debating whether to change physicians after 17 years of seeing her simply because of her staff.

I was surpised to see her rating. I am a RN and at age 55 have seen my share of physicians. Dr.Lucente has always been thorough, timely and kind.

I always felt that she gave me the run around. Her office has no answering servive. She is extremly hard to geta hold of. she has very limited hours. Her staff is very rude..

Too many patients. Rushes through. Doesn't listen well or follow up. Staff is rude and disrespectful.
