Dr Palimino did shoulder repair due to arthritis causing causing constant pain. Minimal surgery pain and no more nagging shoulder pain. Awww, to sleep pain free once again. Thank you Dr Palimino.

Dr Palomino has done both shoulders and both knees, little to no pain or need for meds afterwards back on my feet and going within a few days, he has great personality in office as well as in surgery, i would HIGHLY recommend him for your ortho care.

If I could have given zero stars I would have. He was rude and arrogant just as those who commented before me said. He came in condescending. Don't waste your time. He needs to find a new profession.

Dr. Palomino was very rude and full of himself. He has no respect for those who go to see him for help. He needs to get a job that does not deal with the public.

Dr. P. Is a awesome doctor. He healed my patella that I broke in half. He took my hardware out recently and I feel great. If you have orthopedic needs such as "mower runs over your ankle" or a frozen shoulder etc.. Please go see him.

Moved here from out of state. When my daughter was hurt at work I asked for good ortho recommendations. Some folks had seen Palomino yrs before, So we went. MRI negative, pt ordered. Completed therapy. Knee was worse. She couldn't bare weight. Order pt again. We went to a different therapist. Continued to get worse. On 3 follow up appts all Palomino would say was 'I don't think she needs it based on MRI, but if you want me to operate I will'. Of course we didn't want surgery, especially if the sentence starts with 'I don't think she needs it..'. I explained that she had an old injury, grade 1 sprain, on her opposite knee that still bothers her from 4 yrs ago. He said it was impossible. I offered to obtain the medical records from her ortho doc out of state. I asked if he thought her failure to heal from the current injury maybe indicated an unusual failure to heal issue that we should look into. He was rude and said 'old injuries heal. Mcl sprains don't take this long. She should be well by now' so I asked what his diagnosis is... He said 'same as originally, mcl sprain'. He then said 'so what do you want..... me to cut?'
What he didn't know.... I was an office coordinator for an out of state ortho office of 32 surgeons. This wasn't my 1st rodeo. I was disgusted with his lack of professionalism. He offered more negative attitude than he did treatment. He was quick to write restrictions for employment, however never provided successful treatment options. We kindly requested that he lift all restrictions and we never returned.

Have had 2 shoulder artho surgeries with clavicle removal. They dropped me on first surgery and busted bursa sac which developed cyst in right elbow in 2013 which they still haven't fixed. Another left shoulder artho surgery in 2014 which went ok. Right shoulder still locks up 2 years later and have notified numerous times to no satisfaction or repair. In my opinion stay away from The Orthopedic Center downtown Tulsa at all costs!!!!!!!! You are just a number and profit margin to these douche bags and your well being is a 5th or 6th importance to this clinic. If you have the misfortune of having to go this clinic pray to the heavens that you DO NOT have to enroll in their pain management program! !!!!!!!! You will be considered a criminal / drug addict before you are entered into their system and matter what debilitating ailments or degenerative diseases you may have you will not be treated as a human being. If Dr Jean Beard is suggested wobble away as quick as possible.!!!! The staff is as rude and unprofessional as I have ever had the privilege or misfortune of ever having to deal with. This is my opinion and I have had the misfortune of having many physical ailments and I would not wish my worst enemy to be put into this clinic. Thank the lord for options in health care!!!! I would check every other option available before signing up for this place
