He is now at Bingham Memorial Specialty Clinic - in Idaho Falls, ID. At my first visit he wanted to change 10 years of treatment and surgery by other doctors - that is bad medicine. He was rude and lacked fundamental chronic pain knowledge and treatment, I would not recommend him.
