I saw Dr. Shashank Saxena ("Shank") prior to a procedure; I had significant anesthesia issues and he adressed them all without me having to remind him. He worked well with the nurse (CRNA) who was helping with the case, but there was no doubt that he, a physician, was managing the case. I was impressed with Dr. Saxena.
