Dr. Varma has messed up my mental health Soo bad! After canceling me as a patient for absolutely no reason he basically said that there was no help for me because I didn't want to do ketamine treatments or shock treatments now I have no doctor no medications I am court ordered to take my meds and he screwed up everything for me literally I have no idea what I'm going to do or what is going to happen to me without my medications

They do not care about their patients. They are unbelievably slow in communicating back, if at all. You'll need to call 20 times to get a response, by then You'll be out of your Rx. They will make you take unnecessary tests just to make more money, even when you took the test from the statewide website. They'll give you a complete runaround only to tell you a monthlater they wont do it unlessyou pay them and take thetest through them. If you express yourself theyll block you from theirsite. If you leave an honest review, They'll lie to fit their narrative. Take heed, choose another Dr or you will regret it & experience yourself. You'll be thenext one leaving a 1 star review & reporting to the better business bureau. He's a careless crook.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PROVIDER! DR VARMA HAS THE WORST OFFICE STAFF MANAGER NAMED LEAH C WHO LACKS COMPASSION AND EMPATHY AND SHOULDN’T BE WORKING IN THIS KIND OF SETTING! VARMA USE TO BE WONDERFUL BUT ONCE HE WENT TO HIS NEW PRACTICE WITH LEAH BEING THE MAIN OFFICE MANAGER I WOULD NOT TRUST THIS DOCTOR OR PRACTICE WITH MY LIFE! They threw me away when we needed their help. My 13 year old child attempted suicide and they had no compassion or empathy to understand that as a mother I needed to be written out of work due to this triggering my own past trauma in which varma diagnosed me with PTSD (years prior) but instead of simply doing the paperwork my company requested they decided it was too much work so they terminated me as a patient. Leah Clausen you should be ashamed of yourself for treating his patients so horribly. I quit that office because of YOU and because of Varma. He broke HIPPA on several occasions and over medicated my 10 year old child with medication NOT FDA APPROVED FOR KIDS! Her pediatrician discovered this when she had serious medical complications for weeks. He said oh sorry let try something else. Keep in mind the only reason he tried that medication on my 10 year old is because he looked at the file of my then 19 year old (HIPPA VIOLATION) to see what he had prescribed them and made the decision to put my 10 year old on the same medication as my 19 year old. I referred over 10 people there and most of them have left because they literally HATE his office staff. He also broke HIPPA with 2 of my friends and my ex fiancé by telling me the medication they were on. Varma use to be the best doctor but when he joined this place his human compassion and empathy for his patients went down the toilet! Again I would not trust my life in this doctors hands. I trusted my daughters and his error made her sick for weeks. I trusted him to be here for me when I needed him most and when I couldn’t even function because of the triggering events which took place and stirred up the medical diagnosis varma gave me of PTSD years before. What kind of place does this. What kind of DR treats their patients of 10 years like that. What kind of Dr lacks human compassion empathy and basic human decency! Dr Varma is this person! LEAH CLAUSEN IS THIS PERSON! Mental health is my number on fight and I will NOT stop posting these reviews and sharing my horrible story with others until this provider owns up to their mistake and or eliminates the horrible office manager. Literally the worst sh*those EVER!!

Worst clinic staff ever! Put my life in danger! I can’t imagine who would consider this acceptable! I never even met Dr. Varma— only his assistant and staff. They made every possible mistake, and then falsely accused me of committing crimes and saying and doing things that never happened. Beware!

I recently have had a TERRIBLE experience with Dr Varma and his admin staff for lacking major compassion and empathy skills needed for a person in such an important position who deals with fragile people with mental health issues daily. My 'child' attempted suicide and we have both been a patient of his for YEARS. He knew my past trauma and my daughters past trauma. After her suicide attempt I needed to get a letter written from Dr Varma noting that I would need a medical leave to take care of my own mental health given the situation of my child's overdose. I requested that months ago and they still have not sent what was needed into my work for my short term disability to be approved. Their error has cost me thousands of dollars in pay and It is now June and all this happened in March. I have not been paid by my company and this office could care less. My company continues to reach out to him and his staff but they have yet to reply. My child was bullied online and told to kill herself by a predator in a different country. He ruined her childhood and this all happened when she was 11 years old. This case and situation was so intense and so horrible that The FBI and MBCA is involved in this case and we are going after the predator. This person who was speaking with my child has done this to hundreds of other underage girls. Dr Varma knows all of the details yet he STILL HAS NOT sent the information needed to my work so I can be paid for my mental health medical leave.
It is very upsetting and unacceptable that my doctor and staff has not been empathetic to me and my daughter given this is their specialty. I will update this post and remove it once Sujit Varma and staff have reached out to me and my work.
As of this time I have sent a total of 30 plus emails to Varma and his staff and I believe they have now blocked my email and they are not even replying back at all. What kind of psychiatrist treats their patients like this!!!
I received an email from Leah Clausen and she stated Dr Varma has removed me as a patient. Wow! He removed me because I kept emailing them to correct their error. The medical letter was to be written on May 9th but they only completed the paperwork and said I needed to make another appointment for the letter to be written. This should not be the case. I should not have to schedule and pay for another appointment just so my doctor can bill me again. Seems kinda shady!

Dr Varma is a good listener. He is very knowledgeable and advocates for the patient. He is not judgmental. I would highly recommend him

About 10 years ago, I walked into his office, no diagnosis. Was a HEAVY stimulant user which he didn't seem to notice hence why I literally (17 years old at the time) convinced a profressional to prescribe me to the strongest benzo, Klonipin. Gave me almost zero warnings about what my life would become when he decided my insurance wasn't covering enough and pawned me off on an unrelated doctor after trying to revoke my life saving meds. I truly needed them and had become dependant. Heartless, illogical, just plain incompetency. Not to mention he ended up getting paid by me again after the "random nearby doctor" he switched me to were also the designated psych ward counselors for Fairview Southdale. His buddy, Awosika, hard name to forget. Also figured it would be totally fine to ruin my late teen years with all sorts of new anti-pyschotics that had barely been tested. I lost years of my life and have almost died many times. No doctor should start an undiagnosed patient on 1.5mg of clonazepam per day with no instruction and no warning of retrograde amnesia. When I get enough money I will be suing them both.

I have been seeing Dr. Varma for a year, since my previous doctor retired He is treating me for depression, anxiety, ADHD and Bing Eating Disorder. Besides having all the wonderful attributes other reviews list the che changes he has made in my treatment program have helped me considerably. I highly recommend Dr Varma

Dr , Varma . Has been my doctor since 12/2017.
Untill I started seeing him I was really apprihencive about seeing any one for my illnesses. But since I ve been his patient many things ha gotten better. Now if life throws me a curve ball hes there to back me up.. . All around great man
I know that hes looking out for me ..
