Dr. Garfinkel is truly a gifted genius and the gold standard for medical management of neuro-psychiatric drugs. He is kind and understanding.He has a very special insight into patients illnesses and incredible results. He is the best problem solver of difficult cases and does it in such a caring way. A breath of fresh air in a field filled with confusion. One hour with Dr. Garfinkel cleared up a lifetime of questions. He is willing to listen and give credibility to a patient's own insight and not just impose a blanket diagnosis. Very current on literature, talks to patient as an equal. Reasonable fee.
