It's a tangled web of incompetence and greed. Unprofessionalism, mediocracy, under performing staff, chaos, and he gets paid twice or more, for one service. The boss of the St Marks Out-Patient Surgery center, Boss of the MillCreek Anesthesia, and the performing Dr. of Anesthesia, during surgery. Zero bed side manner, because you are "lower" than his class of people. Stay away, all he wants is your money.....not your care/ well-being.
