Money hungry unethical, untalented dentist that left me with more pain & problems than what I started with. Beware!

Stay away. This office and dentist is the complete worst, unprofessional and rude. Attempts to resolve a simple billing issue resulted in both the front desk and the dentist ending the conversation with hanging up. Extremely bad customer service and the dentist doesn't want to be bothered with billing issues or complaints about her staff.

The first visit for both my wife and I after moving to the Midwest were concluded with recommendations for thousands of dollars of services with dental issues surfaced that our previous provider never reported or observed. Suspicious and money driven for sure without a care about the patient. BEWARE

Didnt address the issue I came in for, talked me into work I did not need, hidden charges, chooses when and when not to file insirance, be careful. The work she actually did messed up 3 weeks later and I was eating something soft. B e w a r e

Dr. Dabhi and her staff took time to take care of me and my smile when I have severe anxiety. She really knew how to comfort me while providing a smile I envisioned. Beyond expectations!!!

Dr. Dabhi and her staff are amazing! I am not a fan of dentists and avoid going, but at her dental practice, I enjoy my appointments. What sets Dr. Dabhi’s office apart from the others is how comfortable I feel during my dental procedures.

The office atmosphere is very inviting and clean. The staff is incredibly friendly! The number one thing I love about going to Park Dental is how informative Dr. Dabhi is. I have not heard much about oral cancer before, and was unaware of how prevalent it is in society. Dr. Dabhi recommended a painless cancer screening and I got it done within a few minutes. Because of my past experiences, I have had a hard time putting my faith in healthcare professionals, but Dr. Dabhi knows what she is talking about and has the hand skills to prove it.

After many visits, I finally got my teeth to a healthy state. I love how Dr. Dabhi recognizes the effort I put in for my dental health, and continuously encourages me. Previously, I never had a doctor do this for me and truly makes Dr. Dabhi exceptional.

I am definitely making Dr. Dabhi my number one dentist and encourage other people to become her patient as well!

I have been a patient of Dr. Dabhi’s for about 10 years now! My family and I adore her! Dr. Dabhi and her staff have been nothing but kind to us as we are treated with experienced care. As soon as we walked in, my family was greeted by the staff and we were seen in a timely manner.

As Dr. Dabhi began her examination of my mouth, I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. She thoroughly explained every procedure and we talked through my treatment options. Dr. Dabhi’s laughter is contagious and she really listens to her patients. I have always gotten my cleanings done by Dr. Dabhi, but her craftsmanship on crowns and fillings are exceptional.

I highly recommend Dr. Dabhi to anyone! The dental office staff creates a friendly and professional atmosphere. Dr. Dabhi’s care and concern for each of her patients is remarkable! I look forward to every dental appointment at Park Dental Care.

Here at Park Dental Care, we take what we do very seriously and work very hard to make our patients happy. Unfortunately situations can arise in a place of business, and sometimes they need to be addressed. This post is a simple response that was recently put on a public platform, and our only intention is to clarify a few things. When you come in to our practice with severe problems in your mouth, it is our job to educate you and treat the problem. It is not always easy to inform patients of problems they may have, and some patients can have an emotional reaction. She was half an hour late, she did not respect my time. I had further questions on the procedure and instead of going in depth she just repeated her self and smiled. The cleaning felt rushed probably due to the fact she was running late witch most likely pushed every appointment back. I would not recommend.

I have not been to a dentist in years...until I met Dr. Josephine Dabhi. She was recommended to me by a close friend, and I trusted it! My experience at this dental office was so wonderful, I could go on and on, but if I could stress one thing, it was Dr. Dabhi's extensive knowledge about her field. I was greeted at the door by the desk receptionist, drank the tasty coffee from the Keurig, and was taken into the treatment room by the dental assistant. When Dr. Dabhi walked in, she was so full of life and energetic, surprising for me because I was still half asleep early in the morning. After looking in my mouth, she thoroughly explained the treatment plan and what was important. She was very patient with me, and listened to all my concerns. I felt like a priority at a dental office for once! With this experience and moving forward, I would recommend her to all my close family, friends, and even strangers! Dr.Dabhi is the best dentist I have found thus far and I look forward to my continued oral care.

Dr. Dabhi has been 30 minutes late to my last three appointments. The last two appointments I've had, I booked the first appointment of the day in the hopes that she wouldn't be late but she still managed to be 30 minutes late. I've switched dentists because of her lack of punctuality.
