I have seen Dr.Potts & his Staff for a few yrs. Since the day I Made my 1st appt with his office. His staff has always been very professional. Dr.Potts has a professional calm about him. So if your the kind of person that gets nervous. I can tell you he the dentist for you. He can give sedation for some of tough times. But Dr.Potts has a very gentle touch. I have never needed pain medication. If your looking for a dentist call Dr.Potts & his staff . They are the best in the business. Simply said Dr.Potts & his staff are AWESOME!

This doctor is expensive and, IMO, concerned more about his bottom line than patients' good. He recommends way too many procedures compared to other dentists I saw, and he has huge staff for an average dentist - kind of industrial dentistry (a percentage from every staff member = higher bottom line). I have nothing agaist him or his staff as dental professionals, but I prefer a normal down-to-Earth and realistic dentist who cares about me and not only about his lavish mansion and his quick millions. I am glad I am able to take a sober realistic look at things in life.
