This place is awful. I don’t know how they are still open. They are doing some sketchy things, and the “care” provided is a joke. You’ll wait no less than 2-3 hours for your appointment, sometimes up to 8! To see the dr for 10 mins. He pushes certain drugs. His other staff are incompetent - the other “providers” constantly ask what you have, claim nonsense things & pretend to care but never end up doing the tests or referrals they say. They have a ton of pee sitting out on a table & the floor every time - like 30-50 urine containers in the SUN. They make you put yours next to others’ pee. The “therapy” is a joke and literally fraud how it’s billed when they see patients TOGETHER for 5-10 mins & no actual therapy is done. They violate HIPPAA constantly. It’s dirty, disgusting. The staff are awful with the exception of maybe 2. One constantly fights with patients. They also refused to give me my medical records. I had to ask over and over. It was so stressful that I gave up after being given 2 pages of my own (which weren’t complete records anyway. Half assed) & another person’s record.

The Worst in the STATE !!! Doctor keeps you waiting all day, staff is the nastiest, rudest, and unfriendly people ever. Dr is aware how staff treats patients and he Don't Care.

The most unprofessional staff I've ever seen in 60 years of life. When you're in pain and trying to explain what's going on with you, he's sitting there làughing like you're telling jokes. He issues pills like he's giving out candy. The examination room I was in was straight filthy. I never went to this office once where there wasn't some kind of confusion or chaos. One of the employees got mad with me because I was 10 mins early. Is that not the dumbest mess you've ever heard.

Dr. O is extremely helpful and knowledgeable! He understands the individuality of each patient. I highly recommend this practice for their genuine concern for each person!

the staff is the rudest most ignorant group of people my husband and i dread to see. they laugh and make mean hearted jokes, but if you have a question about your care they yell and snap at the patients. dont go to this clinic, go anywhere else but here.

Walking into the building you are hit with a wave of mildew smell. Fill out approximately 30 pages of poorly worded questions. When I was called back I was taken to a room with an EMG machine, a house mattress (not a hospital bed!), and dirty rug that looks like it was purchased at Walmart. Before I met with the doctor and even completed the forms the girl wanted to preform an EMG. Before knowing any of my medical history, they planned on sticking me with needles in an unsanitary room. Thankfully I know my medical history and refused the test. As we waited for the doctor to talk to us we could hear every word being said in the waiting room. I had a horrible feeling about the place and decided to leave. I told someone I was leaving and they told the doctor. He kept saying make sure they fill out the paperwork. I feel he was just trying to Bill insurance for unnecessary test with no regard for the patient.

To date my dear husband is waiting to see a neurologist. While in a pharmacy I overheard comments on this doctor and his staff. Not just from the patient but also the pharmacy professionals. Thank you all for your reviews in that it saves my husband from visiting this office. It is sad to have gone through all this schooling to wind up with such a negative rap sheet.

Saved my Mother's life. Dr. Ogburu is thorough and dedicated as a physician. His office staff lacks training and professionalism. That reflects badly on the office, but does not reflect on his medical knowledge and abilities. He simply needs to hire a good office manager to keep everything in order.

Someone should have taught this doctor the importance of a good word spreads nice but a bad word spreads like wild fire! Incompetent is too nice a word. They tried to discourage me by hiding me in a corner of the lab while I waited I only know this place is gross and if I had known it would be this horrible And disgusting! The people there match the place. Horrible again treat someone with respect they spread the word treat someone like trash and they paint the town so everyone knows thank God I will not be going there again and I feel bad for those that have too bc of bad insurance
