not sure how this dump could be called a Dr's. office. It's nothing more than a drug clinic. This Dr. has done a great job getting his patients addicted to pain killers that's the only reason any one in the world would take the abuse from this incompetent staff and a Dr. who lives to make himself feel important by keeping people waiting on a cold, dirt porch for hours to get his signature on a script handed to him by a staff person. Not sure what he does all day but he definitely has never spent any time educating staff to patient courtesy. I believe more people would complain, but they are afraid he would be investigated and they would have nowhere to get their drugs. My son finally complained one time too many about having to wait so long. They kicked him out. He's gone thru withdrawals and doesn't need the pain killers any more. All is Well! Wish I could tell you about the time I waited 6 hrs. to get my son's bill. They wouldn't give him one because he lost the previous one

I have recently stopped going to this clinic after a year of horrible service. I could no longer tolerate the 4-6 hour wait to get in to see the doctor on every visit. I also had 4 appointments cancelled by them with no notice. Please consider going ANYWHERE ELSE except here!!

Very unprofessional staff, and Doctor. Does not spend time with you. My opinion, he's just a pill pusher trying to get every American penny he can get from you. Writes out wrong prescriptions, does procedures without following protical. Performs medical procedures in a very unsterile environment. If you don't mind sitting for hours, and seeing the doctor maybe 3 minutes at the most. This is the doc for you. I would advise, to pack your lunch and carry it with you.

You spend more time with a cocky PA than u do with the doctor yet they charge you the neurologist's consult. Took 3 months to send out a referral that they insist I go see this other doctor. Sent me for 2 MRI's to who they want you to go to and 14 days later, the PA could not find my results. Knowing how "slack" the previous 6 month's so-called help was, I took a copy of my MRI results only to be told, "you have a really messed up back". DUH? Did they think I came there all the way from out of town to visit their oh-so welcoming staff? They are the rudest, most unprofessional group of so-called medical personnel I have dealt with in my 50 years and my national-known, huge insurance company is investigating them now for making me pay $50 to $100 over my office co-pay. What a bunch of rip-offs and very unhappy people within themselves. Why else would they treat the people who are paying their salaries this way? SLED & DEA need to investigate them, if they aren't already!!!!!!

This "doctor" and his staff are incredibly rude and unhelpful. I went there twice. The first time they told me to arrive 15 minutes early for an 11 AM appointment, only to see the doctor SIX (yes, SIX) hours later. At that point he only spent (maybe) 10 minutes with me tops. I did not leave that first day until 6:30 PM. They also tried overcharging me on my second visit by asking for $120.00 for a consultation when my co-pay is only $30.00 (which is clearly stated on my insurance card). Most of all, the doctor is RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!! I have never spoken so lowly of any doctor but I would suggest that no one EVER visit this facility. Doctors and their staff should always be personable and kind to their patients. And they are not here.
