A neighbor of mine recommended Dr. McElveen to me, because my tongue was numbed with a burning sensation and my implant of two years was painful especially at night!!! I am so glad that I called Dr. McElveen ! He is, in my opinion, one of the best dentists I have ever known. He is knowledgeable, thorough , professional, helpful, very intelligent, and extremely caring about his patients! After his assistant, who was very kind and very careful took 20 X--rays , Dr. McElveen made a thorough exams of my mouth, teeth, palate, and jaws. He asked so many questions about my pain as he kept examining me. Finally after 2 hours, he told me that he would do more research, and have consultations with other colleagues. He felt that somehow my Lingual Nerve had been damaged by a previous injection during the period of extracting and replacing my molar #19 with an implant. Dr. McElveen went as far as calling me in the evening of the same day I had met him, and he reassured me that he would try his best to get rid of my pains . He also send me to a friend neurologist to make sure that hi s estimation about my pains was correct. Needless to say , I will keep this admirable and unique dentist for the rest of my life, because he never gives up to help his patients. Thank you so much, Dr. McElveen

Very pleasant office. Dr. McElveen is very knowledgeable, precise and caring. I feel I can trust him and the staff. I have had extensive work done here. All went very smoothly.
