I have gone to him for 13 years. Always helpful and is caring. He was originally my late husbands doctor.Some of his nurses have been great and others lacking in calling back.

I have been Dr. Kerns patient for many years now and have referred many friends, coworkers and family members to him. Everyone has thanked me for referring them. He treats all patients the same, no matter what insurance they have. He is a great, knowledgable and funny doctor. I have whats called the Whtie Coat Syndrome..means i'm afriad of doctors..to the point where my blood pressure rises when I see a white coat...lol. But he has really helped me get over this fear. GREAT DOCTOR!!!

Do not use this doctor if you have CFS. He is one of the non-believers in the condition and didn't seem willing to learn about it. He was very willing to make referrals to specialists, however. My biggest problem, was that he was very unresponsive in returning phone calls and processing the paperwork needed by my employer. He can be friendly and charismatic, but he tells you in the nicest way possible that he feels women are not credible. I'm sure he's a great doctor for any condition that can be fixed with a pill.

My third annual visit to Dr. Kern and he is fantastic. He never makes me feel rushed and this last visit was accommodating to my schedule doing an ear cleaning during the same visit. I did have to wait a bit longer than I would like but otherwise I'm very happy with him
