We've definitely waited almost 2 hours to be seen more than once. Sometimes they're punctual, but often they're not. The staff is polite and nice to us, but Dr. Brodzik, while usually nice, is often either not warm, or just plain odd. I have never met such an awkward doctor, especially one that specializes in pediatrics.

Terriable services, not on time at all. My appointment was at 1 pm and the doctor came at 2pm. The nursr was really unprofessional even in her talking to us. Their parking garage is $5 and you have to pay it, no validation cards provided. Never go their!
