I feel that Dr. Hayashi is directly responsible for the death of my son. He thought he knew everything there was to know about my son's very rare immune deficiency. Many times, it was obvious that he didn't know but he was never able to admit it and ask for help. I would avoid St. Louis Children's Hematology/Oncology Department at all costs while Dr. Hayashi is the Director.
