Took my 85 year old stepfather to get his annual check-up to get his meds. I explained why I was there even though he isn't our normal doctor. When I tried to get his medicine filled for arthritis, I couldn't get it filled and was told that I had to take him back in to get a checkup and blood work done by his primary doctor. I spoke to Dr Heatwole about it, and he denied filling his medicine because he said he wasn't familiar with my stepfather even though he had his records on his computer. Shameful

He is the most caring and considerate doctor I have ever known. I have been going to the medical center all my life and have seen several of their doctors but Dr. Heatwole is the best, by far. He is genuinely caring and gives you all the time you need to get your answers. He is awesome.

He listens to you he does not treat you as a number he does what ever it takes to get to the bottom of things.
