Dr. Tim is great, I finally found a PCP that I like and trust. But then I was discharged from the practice by his billing office because of a $25 balance that I was told I could pay at my next appointment. The office staff lied to me, and refused to return my calls. Now I am back to square one with no PCP. Thanks Dr. Tim.

Doctors and nurses are wonderful. I've been going there for years and have recommended a lot of people there. The front staff, however, is rude, lazy and very pushy when it comes to trying to make appointments and the person in charge of collecting bills is about the rudest person I have ever met. Many friends and family are considering going elsewhere due to the front staff alone. Such as shame because if you can get to the doctors in the back they are wonderful.

Whole family has been going there for years and never had a problem with scheduling, call backs or face to face dealing with staff. Dr. Tim and Dr. Pam are great. Would highly recommend. I can't say enough good things about them. I wish all doctors were like them.

Dr. Tim, Dr. Pam and their nursing staff are wonderful! Our main issue was the front office. I could never get through on the phone, voice mails were never returned and when you show up for an appointment, no one was sitting up front. They are rude, lazy and too busy talking about their personal lives. They let the phone ring while they are busy eating and laughing at their desk. That is not a good first impression. It got so frustrating that I had to change doctors.

Dr Tim & Dr Pam are awesome; they genuinely care about their patients. Only flaw is that they are too trusting of their office staff to do the right thing...they represent the doctors and unfortunately do an awful job...overall the front Office staff sucks so bad we had to move our family doctor to someone else.

The doctors, Tim and Pam are both wonderful- very knowledgable and personable. Their staff, though, consistently makes visits frustrating. They are slow moving and often rude. They make sure their conversation about their weekend comes before you or the ringing phone.

I trust Dr. Tim, Dr. Pam and their nurses but I seem to always have a problem with the front office. I can't get through and when I leave a voice mail, the nurse never seems to get it. I am very pleased with the medical staff, but think they need to get the front office on the ball. It's very frustrating when you have a sick child and can't reach your doctor during normal business hours.

Dr. Tim and staff are excellent. Never had a bad experience and have been going to this office for over a year now. Trust all of my family's care (2 year old and up) to Dr. Tim. Even drive 45 miles to the office since we moved. Wouldn't think of going to another doctor.

Young but he tries to help figure out the problems. Office staff very helpful and friendly. Both Dr. Tim & his wife Dr. Pam are accessible when needed.
