She was extremely rude. I brought my child in after a head injury and she would not even do a full exam on her bc she was crying (didn't give me a chance to calm her down and this was at a pediatric urgent care) told me that I could take her to the emergency room of I wanted to. The first thing she did when entering the room was confiscate the balloon that I gave her to make het feel better and she threw it in the trash.I hope that CMC realizes that this woman is not up to their standards. Her bedside manner was horrible and she was completely uninformative!
