Dr. Brown has always been extremely helpful in the care of my daughter. We moved here from MI, and Dr. Brown was referred to me, and I'm glad she was. I've always received appts. when needed, gotten in and out quickly, and given great advice.

Caesars are common place ER visits, but are they common illness that are treated by regular pediatric practices? I expected Dr. Brown to medically acknowledge the ER visit and recommend treatment and/or referral for my child’s conditions & indicated if her practice was equipt to handle such conditions and the practices' practice regarding the condition. She never did. Either she didn’t care (as she said she have TOO many patients to practice professional follow-up), or she just want to keep the patients money coming in while ignoring the real medical need (a pediatric neurologist). She constantly made us feel as if we were just another number that takes up patient apmt. slots. She view patient feedback as telling a doctor how to run her practice and as not getting along with the staff or dr. She refuse to treat my son for mouth sores and made us look for treatment elsewhere at 3pm and said we need to find another dr-we never did. She address the ER's volmiting report but not the cae
