After more than a decade of therapy in my adolescent and early adulthood, I finally found a good psychologist in Dr. King. He helped me when nobody else seemingly could.

I was a patient for almost 2 years. Dr. King was outstanding. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He's one of the best.

staff did not relay information to Dr. after 7 days and several calls. Staff stated Dr. King does not do disability paperwork or assessments. Staff also stated their psychiatrist disappeared and they never heard from him again. Poor image and professionalism of staff. Why would I pay top prices for someone not willing to do cognitive tests or paperwork for my job and insurance? They told me he did do paperwork and then said no after wasting 1 week of my time. He should get a new trained staff. You get what you pay for...or he is not getting his money's worth from them.

Previous review about this doctor is spot on. This doctor is judgmental, rude, condescending, callous, bitter, and arrogant just to name a very few. More than 3 years ago, my fiance and I went to him for help. He treated both of us with such disdain that it would have made matters between my fiance and me much worse had I not found a different doctor who was compassionate, intelligent, professional, and competent. We are now happily married and share a very fulfilling and rewarding relationship with each other, but if we had listened to what garbage Dr. King was throwing about, not only would my fiance and I most likely not be together today, but we both would still have unresolved concerns that would challenge our sense of self and happiness. I was completely floored when this doctor told me and my fiance to go fix our problems before we came back to see him again. And this was after we both poured our hearts out to him for help. I've thought about that day from time to time when I think about where we were back then and how far we've come. I haven't decided if Dr. Ling is just a cruel person who enjoys using his title to try to manipulate his patients and make them feel small so that he might feel better about himself, or if he is just simply bitter and angry about how his life has gone and he feels compelled to make others feel the same way or worse so he doesn't feel like he's alone in his misery, but either way he has no business whatsoever being in charge of patients who rely on him for their well-being. It's shameful that this person is allowed to practice medicine.

Rude staff. I went in for help with depression and it felt more like I was speaking with a high school advisor. Makes assumptions and does not try to figure out the root of the problem. Wouldn't recommend this dr to anyone
