Took my friend to ER in Los Al. Dr Knittel was extremely rude and dismissive. He offered no information and didn't even try to figure out what was wrong with her. He did not allow me to come into the room or to ask questions, which I believe is a violation of her rights. The patient is allowed to have non-family visitors if they choose. I'm making a complaint with their ER Director. DO NOT SEE THIS "DOCTOR"!!!
