Dr. Thaler is an excellent physician. I had minimal wait time at her office. She was very caring and compassionate and able to diagnose and treat my problem promptly. In follow up she answered any questions I had quickly over the phone as well as in the office.

I had a great experience with Dr. Thaler. Not only is she an incredibly knowledgable doctor but she genuinely cares about her patients. She took the time to listen to my concerns and formulate a care plan specific to my needs. I will most definitely continue my care with Dr. Thaler and continue to recommend her to family and friends.

My experience with Dr. Thaler was totally different. Her staff was friendly, I was taking back to my room BEFORE my appointment time, she was very helpful and knowledgable about my condition.I feel she sincerely cares about my healthcare and I will continue to see Dr.Thaler. She comes highly recommended by me.

Agree with others. My primary doctor sent me to Dr. Thaler saying "she has great hands...". Well, she literally did not pay attention to any of my problems and concerns, spent like 3 minutes, quickly said she didn't see anything and left. Not even "feel better" or "here are some options I think of", not even "Good bye". I was shocked. Very disappointed with that doc. I guess once they spent some time in industry they stop caring about patients. Who said that UniPen is the best??? May be it used to be. But right now it is just a mediocre overcrowded hospital that books more patients it can serve so they could bill more insurances. Shame on such a terrible service. When it comes to people's lives there should be no rush and enough care and time should be given.

I waited quite a bit of time to see Dr. Thayler and then got about 5 minutes with her. She made a diagnoses and rushed me out referring me to her colleague. She got irritated when I stopped her because I had questions. My questions were not answered to my satisfaction. I felt rushed out and really felt she was looking down on me. I have never had a doctor make me feel so small and insignificant and my problem has not improved.

I was not given the chance to personally be impressed by her professional knowledge. My good rating of her professional knowledge is based on medical school attended and current hospital affiliation. My personal experience of my visit with Dr. Thaler was limited to an exam not lasting longer than five minutes during which I did get the impression that she did not take my concern seriously and I was sent on my way.

I've been to 5 different nets before finally going to Penn hospital. For the past year I've seen dr Erica Thaler and my medical condition is still unknown. I've gone to at least 6 visits until I've realized that I've come to a dead end and the doctor has completely given up on finding a cause to my problem. When I asked dr Thalers office to send my record to my primary doctor my primary doctor realized a problem that she noticed in my cat scan that was never caught by dr Thaler. When an otoryhinolaryngolgist from u Penn hospital (known as one of the best hospitals in the world) does not notice a major problem that a primary doctor notices while taking a quick glance, it makes you wonder how much you can trust a name like Penn.
