STAFF VERY RUDE. DO NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS. I SEE SOME OF THESE COMMENTS AND THINK THEY MUST HAVE WENT TO ANOTHER DOCTOR THAN I WENT TO. DR. BERGIA MAY BE A GOOD DOCTOR, BUT YOUR FRONT OFFICE IS THE FIRST IMPRESSION PEOPLE SEE. SHE NEEDS TO TAKE THE MATTER IN HAND INSTEAD OF COVERING FOR THEM

I went to the office today to get a copy of my records and the girls up front were extremely helpful and gracious. I love Dr. Bergia and recommend her for any neurological issue. Her staff is on top of the patients and know their needs, these girls always call me Mrs or honey they are just too sweet.

Dr. Bergia is caring and thoughtful and thorough. I'd recommend her to anyone, and I'm glad I found her. Nice, competent doctor.

Dr. Bergia is by far the best neurologist in East Tennessee and has definitely come highly recommended. My husband has been treated by her for the past several years following brain surgery for a benign tumor. She has always seemed genuinely concerned for his overall health and well being. Her office staff, on the other hand, have been rude, inefficient, inept and clearly their actions are incongruent with the quality of service that Dr. Bergia herself provides. We have considered changing neurologists because of the staff; however, in the end, we have decided that she is the best and we will tolerate the staff.

I TOTALLY AGREE WITH THE STATEMENT BEFORE ME. EVERY TIME YOU GO IN, THE FRONT DESK PERSON IS YELLING AT SOMEONE ON THE PHONE. THE OFFICE MANAGER IS VERY UNAWARE OF WHAT IS GOING ON. NEVER DOES SHE RETURN PHONE CALLS AND WHEN YOU GET TO TALK TO HER SHE HAS NO IDEA WHAT IS GOING ON. I CAN'T UNDERSTAND WHY A DOCTOR WOULD PUT UP WITH STAFF LIKE THIS. THIS IS NOT AN EXAMPLE OF SOMEONE HAVING A BAD DAY EVERY NOW AND THEN. THIS GOES ON EVERY TIME YOU STEP IN THE DOOR. I NEVER RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE GO TO HER

Nurse and receptionists are extremely rude. Receptionists is incompetent, calling in prescriptions to wrong pharmacy, not making appointments for tests, then yelling at pharmacists, and lying about her mistakes. Nurse and Doctor covers for receptionist.
