Dr. Abboud and her staff were uniformly excellent. Dr. Abboud has a superb patient manner. She actively listens carefully and provides just the right amount of detail in her answers to questions. I would recommend others using her as their ENT without any qualifications.

The staff was so friendly and I got seen right away. Although we decided against perusing surgery. Dr Abboud. Was friendly and helpful and got me started on new nasal spray.

From the time that I arrived and check in, everything went so smoothly. I was called back to the exam room right in time for my appointment. Kristen, Dr. Abboud's nurse, was friendly and professional as she checked over my vitals and medications. Dr. Abboud came in shortly after and put me at ease! Her calm demeanor helped with the anxiety that I was feeling walking into the office. She performed an exam/procedure, that I had had a bad experience with in the past with another doctor, with such gentleness and professionalism. Dr. Abboud gave me reading material to read up on the medical issue I am experiencing. She never appeared rushed and took time to speak with me to see if I had any questions. I drove from Maryland for this appointment due to bad experiences with other ENT doctors. It was well worth the trip!

As my wife and I left the appointment I had with Dr. Abboud and we commented that this was about the most pleasant experience we have had at a doctor's office EVER. Dr. Abbound was pleasant, cheerful, extremely thorough, explained the plan of care very clearly, and presented a follow up plan. My wife had read a review that said a patient felt rushed during their appointment. This was very different from the experience we had. Dr. Abboud took a great deal of time with me during the exam and discussion related to my care and showed a great deal of interest in trying to find a solution to my situation. I would highly recommend Dr. Abboud.
