Dr. Hall's staff certainly does not inspire confidence. For example, no less than 45 minutes after leaving the office for scheduled lab work, Dr. Hall's staff called me and rudely asked why I had decided not to show up for the scheduled lab work. I politely explained that I had actually just been in the office for the lab work, which was completed. The nurse who called again asked if I visited THAT office, to which I assured her that I did. She confirmed that I did, but never offered an apology. This experience came less than 24 hours after I had endured several rude staff members when trying to book the lab work in the first place. Dr. Hall himself seems competent (although the specialists to whom he has referred me haven't been the greatest), but the same cannot be said for his staff. I am considering finding a new physician because I'd rather not continue to deal with his unprofessional staff.

he's the best general practice doctor i have ever had! i wish i could continue to see him, but my insurance changed and he is no longer part of my network. i highly, highly recommend him.

Dr. Hall treats our entire family. He always listens to our concerns, develops a reasonable plan of treatment which he explains thoroughly, and diligently follows up with us. I have never had more confident in a physician than I do in Dr. Hall.

Dr. Hall saw my husband about once a year and remembered a lot of details about him. He also remembered me after meeting me once at my husband's appointment when I became a patient. He is very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about my treatment. He listens well and I would highly recommend him.

Dr Hall is my childrens doctor. He has always been very prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. I have never felt rushed and he spends a few minutes to chat to the kids. I highly recommend Dr. Hall.
