This physician has Pending investigations with department of health. My mother went to this office twice, first time She Left with temporary paralysis next time on a ventilator and died hours later. The inability of this physician to administer an injection properly resulted in a lethal dosage of Dilaudid to be released causing my mothers untimely death.
