Dr repassy is the most caring responsible doctor I have ever met.she cared for my fiance who passed with the most respectable loving care. Now I am a patient for life.

Just met Dr. Repassy for a meet and greet and initial exam. I never felt rushed and was very impressed with how thorough she is. What a refreshing change to find a doctor who prides herself on providing a quality of care that far surpasses anything I have ever experienced in a primary care physician. She listens, takes the time to answer all questions, and takes your concerns seriously. I got the impression that she would never dismiss a medical problem if the diagnosis isn't "textbook" as my last PCP did. Glad my friend recommended Dr. Repassy!

One of the most personable & caring Dr's If ever gone to. Always "listens" and takes as much time as necessary for the visit. If you need a new PCP in Natick area, consider her.

She is THE BEST physician I have ever seen! Unlike others, she continued to test until she found answers.When she was not sure, she found specialists who were, and coordinated treatment modalities with them, and then educated herself about every detail needed to treat me effectively and safely. Two of my children have made her their doctor and couldn't be happier! She is caring and compassionate, knows her stuff, and is not afraid to admit when something is out of her field of expertise, although she then learns from the expert she refers her patients to. She understands that we all have lives and how the day to day stresses of those lives impact our health and factors those things into treatment. You can do no better than Dr. Repassy!

I love her and will always follow her..my commute to see her is 45 min!!She LISTENS and HEARS what you say...she has helped me tremendously and respects that I know my 53 year old body and supports alternative medicine. She gets 5 stars from me!!!

LOVE Dr. Repassy. She bases her care on symptoms and how you feel, not just the numbers on a lab sheet. She's willing to try different methods, including non-traditional compounds. Was referred to me because of her expertise in hypothyroidism. She spends so much time with her patients that she is always behind. I have waited over 90 minutes for an appt at the end of the day. The practice itself is HORRIBLE, the worst service I have ever experienced in a physician's office. If you call, no one answers. You have to leave a message for an assistant to call you back. Then they forget what you've asked for and you have to call multiple times to get an answer. The front desk staff is the most unhappy bunch you've ever seen. Half the time they don't even respond when you approach the desk to check in. I've been told that it's a known issue. As for the office itself, it's old and outdated and the exam rooms open right to the waiting area! They do have phlebotomy in house, which is convenient.
