The ladies in the office are awesome! Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and all around fun. The Dr. did his thing, walked me through some questions I had and made me fell better about what was going on. The whole family goes and they accomdate us nicely. Only place we go!

The staff is rude. There are hidden costs they try to impose that are not contractual. I would never go back and I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

The staff was really unhelpful. Doctors were knowledgable but I had to come back for two follow-up appointments because they did not have my prescription in stock. The front-desk staff was very inflexible and were not willing to work with my schedule. At times rude on the phone.

My mother-in-law visited him and was struck by how un-people-oriented the place was run (the office staff operated with military effectiveness and the doctor operated like an assembly line). If you want a warmer doctor and office atmosphere, you might want to try someone else.

This appointment was for my daughter. As far as the doctor visit, it was prompt, quick and adequate. The only thing I found extraordinary was the rudeness of the office staff, particularly one horse faced girl up front who found it necessary to snap out orders and contradict the answers my daughter gave me about the visit while I was making payment. She seemed to have a chip on her shoulder, about what, I do not know. She hadn't even given me a chance to make myself unlikable yet! She is a detriment to this business and a liability, as I will not return, based on her attitude solely. I regret that I didn't ask to speak to one of the doctors, as they really should be aware of how off-putting their staff is. Considering how exceptionally sweet and kind my daughter and I are, I'm sure she's rude to everyone. :P But seriously...she may need some lexipro.

Came in to get contacts exam. My current prescription on my glasses was 20/20. With Dr. Chang's tweaks I now see 20/15 in my contacts. Office staff was okay, but nothing special. The wait was about what I get at any optometrist.

Had a VERY long wait time even with scheduling appointment well in advance. No other patient was there. Very unfriendly, indifferent office staff. Could not see with new glasses. Prescription was wrong. Kong did a (free and fast)re-exam with an attitude that I was in the wrong. (First exam was by associate doctor in office and very, very fast.) He changed the prescription slightly but still not usable. Had third exam by totally different office/doctor, Kong's prescription was very off. Can see great with this correct prescription now. An expensive lesson learned!
