Dr. Alaire Lowry is a great psychologist who has helped me much over these years with depression, anxiety, and so much more. I am always amazed how much she knows about this stuff. It's not always a cakewalk getting better but I trust her to guide me through it. And one important sign of a good psychologist is their ability to listen and process your feedback seriously especially if it is negative. She does that very well. She is very consistent and reliable especially making sure the point of me being there is to help me, even when I am at times resistant to change. I respect and trust her methods, experience, and above all her.
