Dr. Hirsch manhandled my daughter during an exam, causing her great distress, and causing me to be in total disbelief of what I was seeing. I am still considering legal action, but find it more important that people know what he is capable of. I ran into someone I knew had used him and wanted to see how her experience with him was, before mentioning what had happened. She said they no longer were patients of his since he was rough with her daughter during an exam. I dont know if it is just with girl babies alone with their mothers in his office and no one else present, but I find it really disturbing that shortly after my experience, another person had a similar incident. If you go to him, be certain to have a nurse or spouse with you. Very disturbing, and important that you are aware.

We have been going to Dr.Hirsch for almost 10yrs. There is not a better Dr. out there. He is always concerned and goes the extra step. My kids are like family not just a patient.

Dr.Hirsch is a caring and knowledgeable doctor. I have been going to the practice for five years and fully trust both Dr.Hirch and Dr. Levy. They are extremely thorough.

I have been bringing my 2 children to Dr. Hirsch for 19 years... I wouldn't even consider going to another pediatrician. He is kind, caring and ALWAYS takes his time with us. Dr. Levy is also an asset to the practice. If Dr. Hirsch is unavailable for a sick visit, I see Dr. Levy and he, too, is a great doctor. I trust Dr. Hirsch fully and he is a great diagnostician. He also follows up if there is ever a need to do so. I highly recommend Wee Care Pediatrics!!!

STAFF!!!!I have been a patient of Wee Care Pediatrics for 15 years. I have nothing but exceptional things to say about Dr. Hirsch and his office staff. They are always extremely helpful and willing to go above and beyond at any given time. I have nothing but the utmost respect for Dr. Hirsch. He truly is a kind, caring and compassionate physican. Always calling and following up. You dont get that kind of caring from any other doctor. I would recommend anyone to Dr. Hirsch. If there is a wait to see him, I know it is because he is "paying that little extra special attention" to a child that needs it. They are open till all hours of the night and on Sunday. I have been a patient of Dr. Hirsch's for over 12 years. For the basic strept throat his office is fine - for anything more they are not. They misdiagnosed my child a few times and when I brought it up to Dr. Levy I was told I could go elsewhere if I did not like the care. Who would like that care. He seemed better years ago. The office staff is rude and incompetent. My daughter who never complains got off the school bus crying take me to Dr. Hirsch - I immediately drove over there - the staff could not have been ruder or care less - Dr. Hirsch did apologize after the face - but I took her to the emergency room - how sad his staff has been terrible since Adele left - the entire office changed. I will take Dr. Levy's advice given to me today and seek care for my daughter elsewhere. 3 misdiagnoses is more than enough. waiting 45 minutes after you call to see if they are on time and told to come over is unacceptable. I do not mind waiting but 45 minutes is ridiculous.

Dr. Hersch is good for basic cough and cold. My son has an autoimmune issue and his knowledge is limited and old school. I switched after a month.

I have been bringing my children to this doctor for over 4 years now and what I have learned is this:for me it is just an office I use to get my children vaccinated. He is very big on pushing OTC medicine.My daughters chronic cough finally went away when I stopped giving her all of those and took her to homeopathic medicine center in Red Bank. Hirsch would not hear anything about this."Old School" would best describe this doctor.

Dr. Hirsch is very good, and 2 of his longer term staff are also good, but his most recent hire, a female Indian doctor, is horrible. Her physical exam of my son was a joke (rushed and not thorough). She did not listen well and was hard to understand. Make your appointment with any doctor in this office EXCEPT her!!!

When my daughter was 6 months old and had breathing problems, Dr. Hirsch actually called ME the next morning (I was on the phone with him the night before as well) to see how she was. What doctor does that? He truly cares about his patients. Definitely worth the wait to get an appointment with him. He knows his stuff but also relinquishes control when a specialist is needed.
