My daughter likely had a seizure and was taken by ambulance to the hospital. It turned out she has an irregularity with her heart and Covid. We were told to follow up with her doctor. This occurred right before Thanksgiving. I called Dr. Sasson's office to follow up. The office told me that the doctor would not call me back because she was not initially seen there. I explained that she was taken by ambulance and that making an appointment was not an option. The woman on the phone told me that many people go to insta-care and then want their help for free. I told her that was not the case, I would take her into the office after Thanksgiving but she had Covid and shouldn't be out. I asked for the doctor to call me back in the meantime. She still refused. I asked for her records so I could speak to my doctor while she was quarantining. She told me it would take at least 72 hrs. I sent the request, faxed, and called 3 times and it has been over 3 months and no records. I hate to post like this after 18 years however, I have been unable to get any response and it appears they are withholding her records.

Dr. Sasson is informative, likable, and kind, and he spends a lot of time with your little one. I can't describe how helpful every visit with him has been. He will answer every question you have. It's rare to find a doctor so willing to spend the time to answer your questions IN DETAIL.

This doctor is TOP NOTCH! He knows each of my 5 children and even asks how the others are doing at another child's appointment. He is so down to earth and easy to talk to. He is "old school" and likes the kids to be on table food rather then baby food. We have been seeing him for over 10 years now!!
