Arrogant narcissistic . Knows his stuff, but is a rude dick! Heard he cheated on ex-wife with ugly CNA. Guess he married miss ugly. Smart, but a dirt bag morally.

This physician is practically perfect. I have entrusted my life to him. He has been my oncologist for three years. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Heun is one of the most compassionate and caring doctors I have ever met. He is receptive to second opinions, yet his plan of care has always worked out the best for me. He does not push a treatment when it is not needed. He is receptive to looking "outside the box" when standard treatments are unsuccessful. He is in tuned to his patients wishes.
I get calls from his staff prior to my appointments to assure me when scans and blood work are normal. I LOVE this doctor!

Dr. Heun is amazingly knowledgeable, understanding, caring and encouraging. He is an exceptional listener, has outstanding professional skills and always goes the extra mile. His training at Mayo allowed him to order special testing that allowed better answers. He is the absolute BEST!

I am not sure about the other review. Yes, Dr Heun took over when another doctor retired, yet he is not fresh out of school, but had practiced medicine at the Mayo Clinic prior to coming to the Dean Oncology Clinic. He takes his time with you, is very knowledgeable, and welcomes questions. He is not offended when questioning different treatments. I would heartily recommend him to my friends and family. A great doctor!

My former Oncologist retired. Dr. Heun took over. He is fresh out of school. He was asking my daughter question he should have known. He put me on a steroid because and only because he assumed I was having whole brain radiation. He left me on the steroid.. not checking back with me, never calling or having his nurse call. Your only suppose to be on this steroid one week. I had to wean myself off the steroid. Which was not easy to do. He told the Radiologist Oncologist I went to see for a second opinion to send me somewhere else.. because he was insulted that my daughter quesitoned his lack of experience. Also he was rude.
