Front and back end Staff are horrible. Filed claim thru cigna documenting the office and poor performance. They have little to no care for their patients. Hopefully, thru this claim, Cigna will evaluate being a provider for this doctor and staff. Dr. Chandra needs to be accountable for his office, practice and staff but is not engaged
