Dr Naylor is by far the BEST pediatrician out there! Extremely knowledgeable and extremely kind. She makes my 6yr old feel very comfortable. Dr Pape is very nice and the PA Paul is our back when Dr Naylor is booked up. I highly recommend 18 & Under for your child/children!

The PA's Paul and Alice are the only practitioners worth seeing in this practice.Dr. Naylor is an arrogant person who treats her patients like a number spending very little time with them.She apparently hires those types of people as I have numerous negative experiences with the front desk staff,namely Lacy and Jamie. They have personally been rude to me and I have witnessed them behaving rudely towards other front desk staff members.Lacy yelled at a pretty well dressed lady who was obviously new in her position. I felt very bad for her as she seemed like a nice lady and obviously someone who wouldn't last long in such a hostile environment. RUN from this place!!!I will never go back.

I was treated like a number, spoke down to like they were smarter than everyone. No regard for your time. Doctor Naylor is very arrogant. and never has been able to keep staff long. Just ask her ex husband and boyfriends.

We love Dr. Naylor! She's so thorough, it really puts your mind at ease. We drive 30min to see Dr. Naylor and would drive further if we ever had to.

Dr. Naylor, along with Dr. Waters, who practices with her, and the Nurse Practitioner, Kim, are WONDERFUL!! They handle everything from a small health issue to something more concerning with ease, and have quite a bit of knowledge. LOVE the way they make me, as a Mother, feel at ease! They also get us in very quickly when we need a sick appointment. Another thing that I am impressed with is the consistency with her accessibility after hours. She can be paged, and never makes you feel as if you have interrupted her. When my children have required being seen after hours at an emergency room/ clinic, she is in constant communication with them, asking for the tests that she deems necessary. EXCELLENT!!

We love Dr. Naylor and all her staff! I drive 35 minutes each way to see her, and wouldn't dream of switching. The office itself is great and all the staff are very friendly. We love Kim too.
