Missed my squamous cell carcinoma of the tongue base.! I had a suspicious lymph node on my neck and it was on my carotid. Dr. Hardy did not bother to use an endoscope to look down my nose and throat and if he had he would have discovered the primary tumor and I would have gotten treatment 3 months earlier!
