Dr Klugh is an excellent optometrist. He is very thorough and is determined to provide the best care and an accurate refraction. He listens and thinks about what you say. He treated me for an eye infection on a Friday and gave me his personal cell phone # in case the infection did not improve over the weekend. Most doctors will tell you to go to the ER if you have a problem during their closed business hours.
