went to Dr. Allen for a second option, should of went to him first. I had Dr. Bond of Pekin preform catarat surgery over a year ago and had NOTHING but problems. Dr. Bond place multifocus lens in for me, at the additional cost of $3000. per eye. I have been back to him 5 times, had two additional procedures and still had problems with vision. After the first vist and only 20 minutes Dr. Allen determined that I had glaucoma. I have already lost partial sight in the middle of my left eye and partial in the lower right of the right eye. Also, Dr. Allan suggested prescription glasses for a stignatisum. Dr. Bond NEVER suggested or provided me with the information that I had either of these problems. Dr. Allen is with Illinois Eye Center in Peoria, Illinois and is very helpful and knowledgable. I strongly suggest NOT GOING TO DR. BOND.
