Dr. Dao forgets everything, as well as the meds you are on, and is TERRIBLE at mixing prescriptions. His staff is TERRIBLY rude. The past three times (I've been a patient for years) I went I drove 30 minutes away for an appointment, once I arrived early and on time they told me I didn't have an appointment, and once I made a deal about it she goes, (oops we meant for next month) making me take off work for no reason. I thought, ok you know, it happens. But no. Second time I went, I waited OVER an hour JUST in the lobby. once I finally saw the Dr. Dao, I was rushed and did not get to go over all my health concerns. The last time I went, again I waited in the lobby over an hour. The lobby and every other office staff member had already went home in the building. I was the last one there. Once they finally called me back into the room, I waited....wait for it... 1 HOUR AND 45 MINUTES in the waiting room. They had forgot about me as the last few ladies that worked there were packing up to leave. I than, walked out of the waiting room and went to a nurse and asked for a refund for my co-payment since I had been there 3 hours and had not seen the doctor. When I went to the reception desk, Nina, one of the women at the front was the most DISRESPECTFUL person I have EVER seen in the healthcare environment (in which I work in so I have experience.) When i politely (despite the frustration i wanted to let out) asked for a refund, she had he literally, SLAMMED things on the desk, and kept sarcastically laughing at me and said "Does it look like my computer is on? I don't even have authorization to do that." And before any other words could come out of my mouth she kept saying "I don't have authorization, I don't have authorization, I don't have authorization." I was honestly astonished that a Doctor's office allowed their staff to act this way. EVEN the NURSE was standing a few feet away and her jaw about dropped to the floor. Once she said "we will do it tomorrow," I asked for proof such as a note as I feel her behavior was not trustworthy, she literally SCRIBBLED down on a note pad "Get refund tomorro" didn't even spell correctly. I wish I could upload the note. I was honest to god scared she was going to throw something at me. Complete ATROCIOUS behavior. Later that evening on my way home (didn't get to leave until almost 6) I called the office to leave a voicemail with the manager (second time I have had to do so) it said the number was invalid! My appointment wasn't to be time consuming or complicated. ALL I needed was a refill on 3 month prescriptions (as a doctor requires you to come back after 3 months, mandatory.) I am on medication that is vital for my health on a daily basis. They DO NOT consider this, and do not respect patients time. DO NOT go here. It will be all nice and dandy in the beginning, but than after they treat you like you are not human.

This doctor does not care about his patients. He gave me a medication he knew I was allergic to & when I brought it to their attention, I got no response back or help.

Dr. Timothy Dao always takes time to listen and explain. The staff is very polite & helpful. The nurses always get blood on the first stick! :) Also, if you need to get in to see the Dr., they will always work you in - oftentimes get you in on the day you call, which is so great when you are sick. I've been seeing Dr. Dao for about 15 years. Wouldn't change!

Absolutely the best doctor My wife and I have ever gone to.He's been our doctor for 12 yrs.Unlike some doctors he spends the time to listen to his patient. He's very caring and knowledable.Sadly we've moved to another city.I hope we will find another doctor as good as Dr.Dao.I highly recommend Dr.Dao to anyone who needs a good family doctor.

I have liked Dr. Dao until recently. My insurance does not want to pay for me to take Lexapro anymore so I had to switch to another medication. I called and left a message for the nurse twice before she called me back. She did and then called in a prescription for Celexa. I don't know if this is safe to take while I'm breastfeeding (from what I've read online it is not) so I have left a message for the nurse for 3 days now trying to get some information on this new medication. NO RETURN CALL! After 3 days of leaving messages? Thanks! Looking for a new doctor.

Dr Dao is a good Dr, it's his nurse I have a problem with. Getting refills is MURDER! She says "You don't have an appointment scheduled" when I go to him faithfully every 3 months. I did have 1 problem with him giving me a script for Vytorin AND Crestor at the same time instead of Celebrex and when I finally got the Celebrex it was for the wrong dosage.

This doctor I can not say enough good things about him. He truely cares about his patients & not just your physical problems. I have been going through some marital problems & broke down in tears in his office & he was so kind to me, he took the time to talk to me & when I left I felt so much better. He is very knowlegable, & very helpful. When all of the other doctors stop taking my insurance because my insurance lower the amount paid to the doctors, he did not drop me despite the fact that he is getting a lot less than he should. I thank God for my doctor, I truely do not know what I would do with out him.

Staff are very nice, Dr. spends all the time you need with you to answer all your questions. He is the 1st Dr. that is trying to get to the bottom of my health concerns, he hasn't given up like other Doctor's have. I've been going to him for over a year now. He is very nice and knowledable. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a good Dr.

The service of Dr Dao's staff is very good. They are polite and very helpful. If you are there at least 15 min prior to your appointment you are usually checked in and in the exam room prior to your time. Dr Dao seems very well versed and takes the time to listen to what you have to say and always schedules a followup to insure that the treatment he puts you on is working as it should.
