I went to Dr. Mrnustik from a recommendation. I have no health insurance, so he was thoughtful about that and does offer a discounted payment. I had to do additional testing and come in for another appointment with two weeks. When I arrived, the front desk informed me that I had to pay the $400 for the appointment right at that moment, before my procedure! I was not informed prior to my appointment! At the same time, the lady next to me was also discussing her wrong billing statement. I was mortified since 1. I was having a procedure done to check for cancer 2. I had no one there with me 3. I was being rudely told at the front desk that I HAD TO PAY $400 NOW!
I paid then got called back to see the doctor. I talked to Dr M, he could care less. I talked to office manager, she could have cared less - just as long as they got their $400 right then and there was all that mattered!
I had always paid in full at the time of the appointment, but this time I was not informed of what I would have to pay and everything was done in such a rude manner.
He DOES talk a lot! Before my appointment I had some questions about my procedure, he talked and talked, then said," Did I answer your question?" I said, "You didn't even let me ask my questions!"
I wouldn't recommend Dr. Mrnustik to anyone, ever. I have since been billed MORE MONEY!

We have used Dr. M for more than 15 years and love him. He is very kind, caring and intelligent. It is very obvious that he stays up on the latest technology. Our only complaint (said with a wink) is that he talks ALOT! His office staff, who we also love, have to curb his conversations with us from time to time as we talk a lot also! By all means, if you are looking for a new doctor, go see Dr. M.

Very concerned and caring. More time listening and explaining what he was doing and treatment he gave. Took over my treatment after a series of bad experiances from previous doctor
