I went to see Dr Le for a second opinion. He listened to me, answered all my questions, and treated me with kindness and respect. At the Heart Group, I felt like I was part of an assembly line of patients and I was another “billable hour” (not that I ever saw the doctor for more than a few minutes). With Dr Le, he listened and answered my questions and was very kind. I highly recommend him. I am switching to him permanently after 2 visits that I had with him.

Dr. Le himself is outstanding. He is easily the most approchable and helpful doctor i have ever dealt with. However his office staff is reprehensible. They will never call you back, are rude, disorganized and inept. If Dr. Le had not have been so highly recommended by other physicians i would have severed ties. Having a terrible office staff is very unfortunate for this otherwise brilliant doctor.

Appointment times are never honored. The usual wait time is 2 hours in the office and 1 hour in the examining room. Wait time when attempting to make appointments on average is 15-20 minutes; currently on phone attempting to make appointment and it's been ten minutes. Great doctor but poor office management with no sensitivity to work schedules and family responsibilities.
