How many more people is it going to take? Why are you practicing Dr. Mallace? For the 1 in 10 that thinks you're a Rock Star? For that ONE person who is blinded by your fake smile and inability to see someone's pain anymore? Are you blinded by your need to make money instead of relieve people's pain? You run people through a battery of tests to make them prove to you they are in pain only to have your rude nurse call them with results so you no longer have to deal with them anymore. Dismissive. Arrogant. Cruel. I have left your practice for a doctor that cares instead of a doctor that could care less. I hope your other patients do the same and Honor Health gets the message.

Dr. Mallace has lost his compassion somewhere along the way. I don't think he understands that his callousness has an impact upon the people he treats. I implore you, Dr. Mallace, to either retire or find the kindness that you lost. The years have made you more detached than you know and it certainly shows. The people you treat are suffering; please remember that. You have forgotten your Hippocratic Oath to "DO NO HARM". Shame on you.

I waited over 3 months for appointment to discuss abnormal lab results. The room did not have a computer or a laptop or even a printed copy of labs. Provider had to walk back and forth to his office to look up results. He kept trying to steer consult away from specific questions regarding labs (for obvious reasons). Even though I had several abnormal labs that caused my neurologist and PCP to insist that I see a rheumatologist, I was unable to get even the most basic of answers.

Dr. Mallace has been my Rheumatologist for more than 15 years. He is a wonderful, knowledgable, caring physician who has a genuine interest in his patients. In addition to providing excellent care for me, and I'm sure all his other patients, he has always taken time to talk with me, to know how my medical condition impacts my daily activities and my life, and provide the appropriate care. I could never ask more of a physician than to provide the type of care and concern Dr. Mallace has always shown.

my initial visit in 2005 i had very painful areas where i never knew i could have pain in those areas. i had been diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis. unfortunately my doctor passed away & i was treated differently , but i had to respect, but to ME it was not accectable, so i searched for another and i chose Dr. Mallace out of alot of rheum. i later found that i picked the best doctor & with treatments of enbrel the healing began and then to remicade not only did the pain ease , my entire body was clear of all scale , red and raw spots and i began to feel better in pain & after 1 shot on the same day each week it began it's slow process of going away. it comes out faster compared to going away slowly then it goes away. well our gov't took enbrel from part D that i have and put it into part B making it became impossible for people to pay for it. Dr, put me on Remicade THAT DAY 6 WKS. LATER AGAIN AND I WAS PSORIASIS AND SOME PAIN WAS DEALT WITH. I WOULD say call & go see him. don barajas

This doctor and Beth Elliott may have saved my life. Did not like my pulse, hooked me up to ekg, and I was sent straight to the hospital where I was in atrial fibrillation. I was not aware of it. I am so happy that they discovered this. Also good at adjusting my meds for my severe RA. Very great office. This was one case where I was especially glad for his punctuality. Can't say enough good things about the staff. SO professional.
