My appointment lasted about 5 minutes bfore I told him I am out of here; this man needs serious counselling. He is very belligerent I lost all faith in the Top Doctor rating magazine; do not believe it. At my age 79, he is the the worst doctor that I have ever encountered. Why he continues to practice treating patients when he obviously doesn't like people and tries to badger and degrade them should be investigated by the AMA. I thought that he could not be all that bad after previewing his reviews and that I could handle him; I was mistaken. Believe the many bad reviews by other "patients."

I've never left a doctor review before and regret having to do this. His office staff are fine, and Dr. Chung is thorough in terms of his testing, but he has the worst bedside manner I've ever experienced. He does not listen to you, he interrupts, and he doesn't look at you. I came to him based on a good recommendation, which I told him. His response was that he was skeptical of patients who "sucked up" to him or that came to him after seeing other doctors - that they were "difficult" patients. He said this more than once. Also, the specialist I see for another condition was aghast at what Dr. Chung prescribed to me given that Dr. Chung knew about my other serious medical issues. When I asked Dr. Chung about the medicine he would not elaborate, just stating that "all medicines have side effects". He accused my specialist of not caring for me even though he didn't even know him (and is utterly wrong). He got irritated if you asked him any questions. Perhaps Dr. Chung is bright, but he has the "Dr. God" syndromes and utterly lacks empathy. Life is too short, particularly if you are ill, to have to deal with a person like this.

Rude and dismissive, overlooked or blatantly ignored the most important/major symptoms and concerns I had. Acted like I was making stuff up. Awful all around

Dr. Chung cares about his patients. I went to many "doctors" before being diagnosed correctly. And after starting treatment, had a rapid turnaround. One of the best!

I've been a patient of Dr Tae Chung for nearly 2 years and I think he is an amazing Doctor, He listens to your issues and really tries to get you on the right path to mobility. His staff are incredible, very flexible and will fit you in when an emergency unscheduled visit occurs. I can't say enough about how lucky I was to find this practice.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Chung. I was able to get an appointment quickly and he was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and attentive. I feel the office is well-run with friendly people in the front office. Dr. Chung greets his patients himself...there is no waiting around to see him! I am extremely pleased with my experience!

Shocking lack of interest in providing any medical care whatsoever or asking the patient anything. Extremely rude to me and his staff. I went to him twice thinking he may have just been having a bad day. Unfortunately, that was not the case.

He was cold and belittled my pain. Though he was thorough in his blood tests, he did not want to help my fibromyalgia. He told me that I was too young for medicine, so I should try diet and exercise (both of which were completely fine until I began to experience excruciating pain). I would not recommend him as a doctor. Additionally, he refused to help with any paperwork or documentation that I needed to go on medical leave at my office. I understand that litigation costs are enormous, but providing my official records should not be hard.
