I have been coming to Dr Tang since September 2020..I like him very much. However getting refills on prescriptions are very slow. Sometime days and pharmacy will have to call again and again. I went to ER a couple of weeks ago as I passed a blood cold. They referred me to get a Orthopedic for my knee and a referral from Dr Tanf . I went in to see him and he said he would get me a Dr. In my plan. It's a Medicare Advantage Texas Dividen HMO. I have never heard back. Called twice. Today again. It throbs a lot. Today I found he had referred a dr Burns but the referral part of the office has not confirmed. IAt first the CNA i think said my insurance made me pay a copays. I said if so how much. She didn't know. Englishlish was not good. The Drs name was Brandon but that's just his first name. I can't find him. So guess I'll call back tomorrow and ask to speak to the office manager i hate to bother Dr Tang. It's his help not him. But he should know.

After signed up for Family Doctor with Dr. D. Tang was schedule first general visit and discussion with the Doctor. The result was bill for $215.00 and absolutely incorrect by the Doctor (Claim to the insurance for Overweight Visit – Not Covered by Insurance). I just visit him to meet my Family Doctor for first time without any problem or any complaints. The Doctor just transform our good conversation in Claim for Overweight and Bill $215.00. Very unfair and incorrect attitude just for $215.00. I can’t imagine how the Doctor will react in serious conditions. It’s funny and shame for the Doctor.

My parents had been seeing Dr. Tang for many several years. I became unhappy with my Dr. And my parents said I needed to see their Dr. I have seeing him now for over 2 years and have been very happy with him. I referred my husband to him also. I would recommend him highly as well as the friendly staff at Texas Gulf Coast.

I have been with doctor Tang since I first started seeing an adult doctor. He is great at what he does and I would not change doctors if someone tried to convince me too. He always remembers his patients and what they have trouble with the most. My whole entire family goes to him....including my husband who did not grow up in Houston.

Dr.D. Tang has been my primary physician for over 10 years. This physician cares about his patients, is knowlegable and explains the diagnosis and plan of care options available. Beleive me if he was not extremely good I would have changed physicians a long time ago I have really good insurance and could go to any physician in the area but I have stayed with this physician. He spends time with patients and really talks to patients and families. He is a credit to his profession.
