Arrogant with a huge ego best describe Burns. Became angry and unprofessional when asked two basic questions about a procedure.

Dr. Burns exemplifies the ideals of his profession. He restored my husband's vocal chords and preserved his breathing capabilities. Humble, compassionate, and capable of performing miracles with his hands. We travel from Albany on a regular basis to Boston for his internationally recognized expertise.
