Dr. Burick is a very kind an knowledgeable doctor. She seems to really care about her patients, even though she has several hundred. The staff always greets me whenever I come in, and makes me feel comfortable, even thought I don’t like going to the doctor’s office. Dr. Burick knows a lot, but is not afraid to recommend a specialist if needed. I enjoy having her as a doctor, and feel very fortunate to be able to be a patient at her practice.

Dr. Burick gave me my life back.

The person with all the questions does not realize how lucky she was just to have had an appointment with the possibility of being accepted as a patient. Why in the world would you pass up the chance to have the best doctor available, because you bugged someone to death with petty questions that may already have been having a bad day, and they got annoyed with you.

Anyway, as long as Dr. Burick will have me, I am staying.

Set up an appointment for a first time visit. This is a concierge doctor so I had alot of questions. One of the staff members was really smart with me and told me I wasn't understanding the way the practice works. No kidding! That's why I have questions. So, I made the appointment. Then, I called back because I had some additional questions. A different girl answered the phone. I heard the first girl I talked with say, "I just got done talking with her for a half hour." I spoke with the first girl for 10 or 15 minutes, tops. Part of that time was waiting for her to check on something. I am immediately put on hold. This rude lady gets back on the phone and says what do you need? And made a disgusted sound. I will never recommend this practice to anyone. I don't care to be greeted with this kind of attitude everytime I walk through the door.
