We waited just over two hours to be seen, causing us to miss an appointment scheduled for after the appointment with Dr. Firpi. We realize that emergencies occur and we appreciate a doctor taking time with each patient as needed. However, at sometime during our wait, someone should have been able to speak to us and let us know about the delay. We saw Dr. Ishmael and she took her time, but was unable to answer some of our questions regarding the procedure scheduled for May 31st. When we did see Dr Firpi, it was a brief visit and there was insufficient time to discuss some questions I had regarding my upcoming cancer surgery. We like Dr. Firpi and have confidence in him, but our visit the 24th was not very encouraging.

Dr Bhatia has provided consistent professional onocologic treatments and referrals to effectively manage my issues. Very grateful to have him as my oncologist! Takes time to explain options and issues with reactions to treatments. Has always listened to any questions or issues I have and addresses them in a very straight forward manner.

I was truly blessed to have Dr. Bhatia as my oncologist the thoroughness each time I visit Gives me a lot more understanding of my condition, which in return gives me information on what I need to do. I am truly blessed, and I think God for the wisdom and knowledge that he has bestowed upon Dr. Bhatia and I think him for all that he has done.

Dr Bhatia and his staff, especially his PAs and Nurse are outstanding. He is my hematologist on a platelet deficiency
