In the last week I had taken an X-ray at the partnering dentist office of Dr. Lamwatt a Thursday before my Monday consultation with this doctor. I walked over my referral right after my dentist appointment so that I could schedule a consultation with this doctor so that has zero excuse not to have the X-ray. I called before my appointment Monday to ask Nicole if my visit cost anything and she said based on what she saw with my insurance it was covered. I get there and before I go in I asked the other front office assistant the question and she alerts me I would need to pay for the X-ray. When inquired why because I just took one she said the other office was on vacation so she couldn't get the X-ray. They weren't in vacation the day I walked over and gave them my referral so that was poor planning on them and now they wanted to charge me! I asked if I could cancel or reschedule and she said she'll have the insurance company pay for it. I said thank you and proceeded to my appointment. The doctor was super pushy about what I should and shouldn't do and wants to scare you into doing something whether you can afford this or not. Then when the consultation was over the same woman walked in with a $110 bill! I verified twice beforehand about my bill being covered and now I had this large bill?! DO NOT GO HERE the office is not honest and only wants to make money without care for the patient!

Thanks. Dr. Angel for responding to my call after hours and seeing me on a Saturday on short notice to help me with my teeth. I will definitely recommend you to others.

I had an appointment with Dr Angel on May 20, 2014 for the final phase of my periodontal surgery. I made the appointment one month ago and I requested a vacation from my job for 10 days after to relax after the surgery. On May 19 at 4:30pm, I received a voice mail call from the Dr. office stating if I could come at 12:30pm instead of 1:30pm for my surgery. I called back but they were closed at 5:00pm, so I left a message saying that I cant do that because I have to work in the morning of that day. When I called the next day to check, the secretary have informed me that the doctor is not feeling well(ill) and is canceling my appointment for the day and wont even reschedule me for the next day and I will have to wait until one week or two more weeks for the surgery. My wife had an allergy from their old carpet. The doctor is moody. He is always in rush. He is not gentle with the mouth. He would pinch my lips many times during the surgery and does not give enough brakes withing.
